Modular Structures Corporation provides turnkey service for all modular offices and mobile offices to ensure complete and consistent satisfaction. MSC first arranges the transportation logistics of its construction trailers to the modular office or portable office location. Once construction trailers are delivered, MSC begins its process of transforming construction trailers into a permanent-looking portable office. This process involves modular office exterior siding and landscaping to surround the portable office. The mobile office's interior finishing occurs at this point, too.

Once finished, the construction trailers are carefully inspected before use as a portable office or mobile office. The portable office is now fully functional and is used until the mobile office is no longer needed. When the modular office has served its purpose, MSC dismantles the mobile office and removes all construction trailers from the site. MSC's modular offices provide reliability and a professional appearance far better than the average construction trailer.
